How to motivate myself to workout?... How to motivate myself to study more?... How to motivate myself to get organized?... How to motivate myself to blog more... Well, the last one I haven't googled but maybe I should. HA! :)
Anyhow, the point is... it seems as if I am always looking for motivation to motivate myself! I know what to do, but sometimes I drive myself nuts because I never get it done... I am always getting side tracked.
Some days, I have to really push myself to DO... GO... just get it done!!
Lately my daily mental to-do list consist of something like this... Work/School, WORK OUT (don't be lazy AMY!!), take Mac for a walk, cook dinner, finish DIY project, put away the massive piles of clean laundry, STUDY, pack lunches, and do something to stay in touch with my friends/family.
Some of those things have been on my "to-do" list for over 2 weeks now, and still have yet to be checked off!
I guess I am just wondering
Does motivation come easy for you? Am I the only one that consistently has to work on this?
What motivates you in life to do what you WANT/NEED to do on a daily basis? Or maybe FOCUS is a better word...
How do you stay focused on getting your "to-do's" and your "I wants" done?
